The legend of Pocahontas is inspired by a historically existent figure, the daughter of an Indian chief who mediates relations with the English settlers who landed in the lands of her people. A courageous, strong and positive female character, who creates a bridge between different cultures, who even in difficulties remains faithful to her values and fights for the respect of nature. Pocahontas will be in Riva del Garda, from 28 August to 1 September 2024 for the 26th edition of the Notte di Fiaba!
WHAT IS FAIRY TALE NIGHT?
For over sixty years, Riva del Garda has been greeting the summer with the Notte di Fiaba, a festival of fun and fantasy!
Every year the town is literally invaded by shows, workshops, games, concerts and stories with proposals for all ages, all strictly on the theme of fairy tales. Since 1999, each edition has centred on a different story that serves as a leitmotif for the event.
