The ancient cheese-making tradition continues today through the production of 'Formaggella di Tremosine', a soft cheese, and 'Garda', a semi-soft hard and semi-cooked cheese that, depending on its maturation, can be eaten as a meal or grated.

With its fragrant flavour and delicate scent of the essences of mountain meadows, it is skilfully matured in rooms with selected moulds to obtain a unique, exquisitely good and highly digestible product.

It is produced in the Altipiano di Tremosine, in the Alto Garda Bresciano Park.
