"It is with pride and honour that we have the pleasure of presenting our production, the fruit of nature, tradition, professionalism and passion, to the most refined consumers".
The Lenotti company, whose origins go back as far as 1906, is located in Bardolino on the shores of Lake Garda in the heart of the hilly area surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. This area, particularly suited to viticulture, enjoys a privileged microclimate due to the beneficial mitigating influence of the lake.
Harmoniously set in the lake landscape, the Lenotti Cellars have state-of-the-art vinification, storage and bottling facilities. Particular care is devoted to the quality and choice of grapes coming exclusively from their typical production areas, and to the vinification of the harvests from their own vineyards ("Le Giare" and "Santa Cristina" in Bardolino, "Tacchetto" and "La Prà" in Cavaion, "La Grola" in Valpolicella, "Froscà" and "Le Coste" in Soave, "Betulla" in Custoza). In the Lenotti Cellars, a UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 certified company, every production phase is followed with strict respect for the purest oenological tradition, thanks to the most up-to-date technologies, such as low-temperature fermentation, temperature-controlled storage and cold bottling in a sterile line. A special and innovative technology for reducing the use of sulphur dioxide is also applied to all products with results in terms of genuineness and durability that we can define as 'sensational'. The wines thus acquire personality and typicality, achieving a very high level of quality.
