Vitevis is an agricultural cooperative, located in the heart of the Veneto region between Verona and Vicenza, the vineyards cover an area of around 2,800 hectares, 1350 grower-members and a product portfolio that embraces a very wide area: from Lake Garda to Lessinia, from Valpolicella to Soave, up to the Berici Hills and Gambellara.
Vitevis was born in 2015, from the union of Cantine Colli Vicentini, Gambellara and Val Leogra; in 2019 Cantina di Castelnuovo del Garda will also join the family. Thanks to the territorial extension that goes from Vicenza to Verona, the denominations it offers are 49; from Prosecco Asolo DOCG to the classic Veronese wines of tradition: Amarone, Ripasso and Lugana without neglecting wines such as Soave, Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Bardolino, Custoza and much more.
More and more attention is paid to vineyard management; an aspect considered a priority in order to obtain a quality finished product. It is also for this reason that Vitevis in 2018 is committed to and obtained an additional SQNPI certification (Sistema di Qualità Nazionale Produzione Integrata - National Quality System for Integrated Production), recognised by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry; this recognition is based on integrated pest management techniques aimed at preserving natural resources for future generations.
Vitevis is also very sensitive to the technological aspect of the machinery it uses from the cellar to the bottling department, without neglecting the knowledge of the oenologists who, thanks to their experience, always guarantee a wine of constant quality over time.
